How is the engagement rate calculated?
Likes, reposts and replies divided by views, averaged across the account's recent original posts. When view counts are unavailable the rate falls back to engagements per follower. It is the same calculation our paid profile X-ray uses, on a smaller sample.
What is a good engagement rate on X?
Above 1% of views is strong for most accounts, and 3% or more is excellent. Big accounts usually sit lower because reach outgrows the core audience, so compare accounts of a similar size.
Does the account owner know I checked them?
No. The checker reads public posts the same way any visitor to their profile would. Nothing is posted, followed, or touched on the account.
Why do my numbers differ from other checkers?
Sample size and method. This tool measures recent original posts against real view counts where available. Tools that divide by followers, include replies, or sample different posts will land on different numbers.
