- Profile pictures display at 400x400. X also serves a tiny cached "_normal" version at just 48x48, and that is the one most people accidentally save, which is why downloaded avatars usually look blurry.
- Header banners are 1500x500. If you are grabbing your own as a template for a redesign, that is the canvas size to design against.

What resolution do I get?

Can I download my own old profile pictures?
